A damage deposit of HKD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that any cancellation or modifications in any kind to booking are non-negotiable and subjected to a non-refundable policy. For all non-refundable bookings, the total amount of room rate (including service charge) will be charged at the time of booking.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest checking in. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment.

Please note that hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card.

The hotel reserves the right to release the booking by 16:00 hours (Hong Kong Local time) without prior notice if no valid credit card or authorisation letter and copy of credit card are received for third party bookings.

Please note that children or teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults when stay in Mini Hotel Causeway Bay.
