The hotel reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice if the given credit card is declined. We may contact the cardholder or issuing bank for verification.

The guest is responsible to present his/her given credit card to hotel upon check-in for payment verification. If failure to comply with the above, the hotel has the right to ask the guest to provide another payment alternatives (i.e. in cash or other credit card) for room payment and it will be subject to a relevant bank handling charges by Hong Kong credit card center of the previous payment refund.
