Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note housekeeping service is not included on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Reception hours are currently Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday-Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm. Please contact us if you expect to arrive after our reception closes.
