Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is a nation located in the Caribbean. Located 11km off the coast of Venezuela, is an archipelago state made up of two main islands: Trinidad, Tobago and 21 other smaller islands, with Trinidad being larger and more populous. While Tobago is smaller (303 sq km, about 6% of the total area of the country) and less than the population (50,000, 4% of the total population) in English, citizens are officially known as Trinidadians (people Trinidad) or Tobagonians (Tobago) or Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad and Tobago) but also informally known as Trinis or Trinbagonians.
