A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A Canvas Suites host will meet guests at the property at an agreed time. If guests do not arrive at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

All check-ins after 18:00 can be organised with advance arrangement. Please kindly notify us when making the booking.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Our reception hours are 08:00 - 18:00 on weekdays and 08:00 - 16:30 on weekends. All check-ins after these times require guests to provide to the property an estimated arrival time and also at least 1 day advance notice.
