Please inform The PC Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size.
A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check in closes strictly at 19:30.

You can not check in outside reception opening hours unless you have paid for your accommodation before your arrival.

A code to access the lock box and check in instructions will be sent to you via email closer to your arrival date.

Please note that the property must be left in a clean state. Extra fees will apply if the BBQ is not left clean. Any damage to the property and evidence of smoking within the property will result in extra charges.
