A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that a non-refundable 1.5% surcharge applies for payments made with Visa and Mastercard, and 1.8% with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

You must show a valid credit card and photo identification upon check in. This credit card and photo identification must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Payments will be processed on the day of booking.
