Faroe Islands is an archipelago in Europe. Located in the north of the Atlantic Ocean. Between Scotland, Norway and Iceland, the Faroe Islands has been a Danish autonomous region since 1948 with the same status as Greenland. Has power in all aspects of self-government Except for foreign affairs and military (no army, only police and coast patrol). The Faroe Islands also have their own representation in the Nordic Council.
